The Schloss Muhlenhof Ortega Beerenauslese is made from late harvested Ortgea grapes, which is a cross between native German varietals Müller-Thurgau and Seirrebe. Ideally suited for late harvesting as the grapes develop round levels of sugar, the crispy acidity keeps it lively on the rich finish.
