Meet the CoolVines Wine Geek! He’ll guide you toward – or away from! – wines that have a unique flavor profile: intentionally oxidized wines, earthy, stinky wines, wines with a bit of fritz on the tongue. The Loire Valley isn't just about Cabernet Franc and Chenin Blanc! A structured, full-bodied white wine made from the Romorantin grape, this Cheverny is a great match for aged hard cheeses and smoke-cured meats. Try it the next time you're looking for something a little off the beaten path.
