Bibi Graetz's Bianco di Casamatta (meaning Crazy House) is 100% Vermentino sourced from several vineyards in Tuscany and blended together to showcase all the various micro-climates. Crisp acidity and a fresh palate make this an excellent food wine.

Growing up between canvases and paint brushes in an artistic family, Bibi Graetz has transferred his creativity from paintings to grapes/vines. Thanks to his passion for wine, which has grown stronger and developed little by little throughout the years, it convinced him that viticulture/winemaking could become his new profession.
Bibi Graetz got a diploma from the Academy of Fine Arts and today he is a wine-grower truly in love with his vineyard (planted 38 years ago by his parents, overlooking the city of Florence) in which he has transferred not only passion but also his artistic talent. His wines are truly about enjoyment, and some have said "Bibi Graetz's wines always make me smile because they have an almost child-like joy about them."

Tuscany is the quintessential Italian wine region, a place where the Renaissance was born and the Church has reigned. Wine has found a place as one of the most humble of comforts with the people of Tuscany, on the table at every meal or served with a piece of bread as the meal itself. Though all made from the most famous of Tuscan grapes, Sangiovese, Tuscany is the birthplace of some of the most recognizable Italian wines: Chianti and Brunello di Montalcino. Italy's also a land of district microclimates, so while traditional red's feature the sangiovese grape, they can showcase different lands of structure and flavor characteristics.
