Elegantly styled Icewine, crafted from fruit picked in mid-December. A captivating, complex aromatic stunner that rounds out nicely on the palate, this wine served at a slight chill will cap off the finest of meals.

Adhering to the mantra "Nature, Terroir, Quality," Josef Bauer crafts wines of exceeding purity and grace. Believing that great wine begins on the vine, Josef nurtures his fruit lovingly in the vineyard, which he then vinifies in his thoroughly modern cellar facilities.

In 2007, the large wine region known as the Donauland was split, and the Wagram was born. The area's deep loess soils run toward the city of Vienna to the east. Sunny days and cool nights lend their benefits to the quality of the harvest. The region specializes in Gruner Veltliner, as well as fantastic Icewines made of red varieties.
