This is the traditional sparkling wine of Italy, with a fresh fruity nose and light and dry on the palate. Works well with a wide range of appetizers or as is customary in the area where it is produced, to be drunk throughout the entire meal.

S. Stefano di Valdobbiadene is located right in the heart of the lively and lush green hills of Prosecco. The Le Colture winery has been in the hands of the same family since 1500. Cesare and Renato Ruggeri are the current custodians of this extraordinary heritage of experience, large and small production secrets, a knowledge of the territory and its grapes, a sensitivity for the health of the vines and the vagaries in the cellar. The external appearance reflects a traditional one, with its central farmhouse surrounded by the vineyards, but you will find that inside, it is all modern and up-to-date.

Veneto is one of the most prolific wine regions in Italy. Verona, its capital, has been an important wine center since Roman times. Commercial success hasn't always had beneficial effects on the wines. Since the 1970s perceptions of Veneto's most venerable wines - notably Valpolicella and Soave - have suffered thanks to overproduction and the inferior quality of big producers. Thanks to a new generation of small producers who tend their own vines and make their own juice, Veneto's comeback is picking up momentum. The new wines are refreshing and nuanced, whether red or white. Tastes are changing again and these wines are right for the times - all the more so because they offer unbeatable price/quality.
