First Course – Homemade Chicken Curry Puff

Pastry puff shell stuffed with ground chicken and diced potato in a yellow curry mixture. Served with field greens drizzled with a sweet tamarind vinaigrette.

Second Course – Crispy Duck Salad

Da’s special duck, sliced thin, and tossed with apple, litchi, pineapple, tomatoes, red onion, lettuce cashew and Da’s special dressing.

Third Course – Tom Yum Chicken

The famous Thai hot and sour soup with chilies, mushroom, tomato, lemon grass, onion, galangal and kaffir lime leaves.

Fourth Course – Basa Pad Prik Khing

Basa filet cubed, fried tempura style and stir fried with Prik khing paste, Thai long beans and kaffir lime leaves.

Main Course – Khao Soi Chicken (or Tofu)

Khoa Soi is something special from Northern Thailand: Medium egg noodles in a light yellow curry coconut milk sauce, very lightly spiced, topped with crispy egg noodles, lime, shallots, pickled radish, and chicken.

Grilled Banana Dessert

You’d be hard pressed to find these tiny Thai bananas in a local market. Superbly sweet, grilled and served with a coconut milk sauce. Light, sweet, creamy and satisfying.

No reservations will be taken without full payment made at least 24 hours in advance and 48 hour cancellation notice is required for full refund (by May 20, 2012 7PM). Cancellations received after that time will result in a refund at the sole discretion of CoolVines. No-shows will not receive a refund. Customers are welcome to bring their own wine should they prefer, and tickets for food-only can be purchased directly from Restaurant.
