Tuesday November 3rd, 6:30pm - $105 per person, all inclusive* Blue Bottle Cafe, 101 East Broad Street, Hopewell, NJ FIRST COURSE: Mushroom, Leek and Bleu Cheese Tart with Truffle Reduction Peter Lehmann Layers, White Blend 2009 SECOND COURSE: Pepper Crusted Tuna with Roasted Spaghetti Squash, Balsamic and Orange Jus III Somms Seven Springs Pinot Noir 2007 THIRD COURSE: Tamarind Braised Short Ribs with Sweet Potato Apricot Israeli Cous Cous III Somms Amitie Cuvee 2007 FOURTH COURSE: Roasted Cervena Venison, Butternut Squash Puree, Dried Cherry Sauce Chateau Thenac Fleur du Perigord, Bergerac Rouge 2006 FIFTH COURSE: Duo of Chocolate: Chocolate Brioche and Toffee Bread Pudding with Malt Ice Cream and Chocolate Pot Du Creme Vinedo Del Los Vientos Alcyone *No reservations will be held without full payment in advance. 48 hour cancellation notice required for full refund (by 7PM November 1st). Cancellations received after that time will result in a refund of $50/person. No-shows will not receive a refund. The $105 price includes $75 to the restaurant and $30 to CoolVines. Customers are welcome to bring their own wine should they prefer, and tickets for food only can be purchased directly from The Blue Bottle Cafe. For customers purchasing the dinner/wine combination, $30 of the $105, as well as that of others in your party, will be used to purchase one or more of the bottles selected for this dinner and groups will be combined as needed to ensure that all wines are available to each attendee. This wine will be delivered to you at The Blue Bottle Cafe for your enjoyment at the dinner.
