What a great event we have planned to kick off the fall season; so outstanding in fact that we are doing it twice. On both September 14th and on the 28th CoolVines is pairing with Stage House Restaurant and acclaimed Chef Eric Hambrecht to bring to you a 5 course wine dinner that features the wines of A.I. Selections and cuisine from that Stage House’s new Ravioli kitchen.

This event is priced to be booked. Both Stage House and CoolVines are eager to show off our new endeavors. We would like as many guests to join us a possible for these two great nights.

Tuesday, September 14 & 28, 7PM

$45 per person, + tax and tip*

spinach, wild mushroom ravioli; sun dried tomatoes, arugula pesto emulsion

SECOND COURSE:

goat cheese ravioli; Pancetta lardons, fresh herbs, roasted red pepper cream

 Huck am Bach” Lagrein; Alto Adige, Italy

THIRD COURSE:

smoked chicken ricotta ravioli; brandy, tomato concasse

suggested pairing Moroder 2006; Rosso Conero “DOC” Marche, Italy

 FOURTH COURSE:

short rib,  Locatelli ravioli; English peas, mushrooms, red wine demi

suggested pairing La Parrina 2007 “Muaccio” Tuscany, Italy

FIFTH COURSE:

maple, butternut squash ravioli; Frangelico, pecan brown butter sauce

 suggested pairing Vaona 2007 “Ripasso” Valpolicella Classico Superiore, Veneto, Italy

 Dinner is by reservation only.  No reservations will be taken without full payment made at least 24 hours in advance and 48 hour cancellation notice is required for full refund by 6:30 Sept 12 or 26. Cancellations received after that time will result in a refund at the sole discretion of CoolVines. No-shows will not receive a refund. The $57 price includes $22 to the restaurant and $25 to CoolVines. Customers are welcome to bring their own wine should they prefer [or purchase other wine directly from the restaurant], and tickets for food-only can be purchased directly from Restaurant. For customers purchasing the dinner/wine combination, $25 of the $57 from each member of your party will be used to purchase one or more of the bottles selected for this dinner and groups will be encouraged to share bottles so that all attendees to have the opportunity to sample each wine.  Wine purchased for this dinner from CoolVines will be delivered to you at the Restaurant for your enjoyment.
