FIRST COURSE:
Cider-brined coccorino pork belly, chevre,  jerusalem dates, mache, breakfast radishes, eli ali tomato blood orange vinaigrette
suggested wine pairing Abraxas 2008 “Scintilla Vineyard” Los Carneros

SECOND COURSE:
Hand-pinched ricotta gnocchi, organic ratatouille, spanish saffron buerre fondue

THIRD COURSE:
Braised short ribs, Breadsmith artisanal olive focaccia, elephant garlic & greek feta hummus

Thyme-scented salt-crusted hanger steak,

*No reservations will be held without full payment in advance. 48 hour cancellation notice required for full refund (by 6:30PM March 16th ). Cancellations received after that time will result in a refund of $50/person. No-shows will not receive a refund. The $95 price includes $65 to the restaurant and $30 to CoolVines. Customers are welcome to bring their own wine should they prefer, and tickets for food only can be purchased directly from The Italian Pantry.  For customers purchasing the dinner/wine combination, $30 of the $95, as well as that of others in your party, will be used to purchase one or more of the bottles selected for this dinner and groups will be combined as needed to ensure that all wines are available to each attendee. This wine will be delivered to you at The Italian Pantry for your enjoyment at the dinner.
