The Judgment of Paris travels to Westfield as we simulate the infamous 1976 blind tasting that matched the best wines of California against the preeminent French wines of the day. Despite all the judges being from France, the American wines took first in both red and white and a brawl was started that may never be settled. Come judge for yourself as we pair several wines of similar styles from some of the best producers of France and California to let you decide who makes the better bottle. You will taste up to 12 different wines in this class. We will start this class with one of Chef David’s ‘Whole Meal Salads’ so don’t worry about eating prior!
